I’ve Lived Growth — in Business and in Life

Portrait of a man with short dark hair, a beard, and wearing a black collared shirt, smiling against a plain light background.

I’m Justin Tidmarsh.

For 25 years I’ve led growth for some of the world’s most recognized brands: Nike, Best Buy, Target, Starbucks, Chase, Lands’ End. I’ve built loyalty programs from the ground up, integrated marketing plans, uncovered deep customer insights, and guided teams through the kind of change that either breaks you or makes you better.

Here’s the part the resume doesn’t tell you.

I’m an out gay executive. An adoptive father. A husband. A past gym owner and certified trainer who believes strength is more than physical. I’ve helped people find their power in the weight room and in the boardroom. Real transformation starts with consistent, intentional work.

I run a business and still make it to watch soccer practice. I’ve camped the Oregon coast in the rain, explored the Pacific Northwest with my family, and taken meetings from the campsite. Fitness taught me discipline and resilience. Coaching taught me empathy and perspective. Business taught me how to lead through complexity without losing my center.

I know what it’s like to carry the pressure of results while trying to protect the life you’re building outside the office. I’ve seen leaders lose themselves to the grind. I’ve been there too. That’s why I started With/in: to help leaders and companies find their center again, make growth sustainable, and make the work worth doing.

I coach leaders to reclaim clarity, reset their energy, and lead in a way that feels like them again. I consult with brands to design strategies that don’t just look good on paper but actually work because they’re built for the people who will live them.

If you’re here, you’re ready to grow. Not just your numbers, but your impact, your team, your capacity, and your life. That’s what I’m here for.

I’m here to help you lead from With/in.
