Your questions, answered.
What will I actually get out of coaching with you?
You’ll get clarity, focus, and the confidence to lead in a way that feels true to you. Most of my coaching clients walk away with better decision-making skills, more presence in high-pressure moments, and the ability to connect deeply with their teams. If you show up ready to do the work, you’ll see changes in how you lead and how you live.
Who is a good fit for coaching?
If you’re an executive, founder, or high performer who wants to grow without burning out, you’re in the right place. Coaching works best when you’re open to feedback, curious about what’s possible, and committed to taking action — even when it’s uncomfortable.
How is coaching with you different from therapy or mentoring?
Therapy helps you heal the past. Mentoring gives you advice from someone who’s been there. Coaching is different — I’m here to help you define your goals, uncover what’s getting in your way, and create a plan to move forward. I don’t hand you the answers; I help you find the ones that fit you.
What are good coaching topics?
Coaching can focus on almost any area where you want clarity, growth, or change. Common topics include:
Life and Personal Development
Adopting and navigating the adoption process
Parenting challenges and milestones
Building and sustaining a strong partnership
Living authentically as part of the LGBTQIA+ community
Understanding and relating to diverse communities
Strengthening resilience and self-confidence
Creating balance between work and personal life
Leadership and Professional Growth
Leadership development and executive presence
Leading through change and uncertainty
Building and aligning high-performing teams
Managing and recovering from burnout
Improving communication, storytelling, and influence
Navigating career transitions
Strengthening decision-making and strategic thinking
Whether the focus is personal or professional, the goal is the same: helping you create the outcomes you want while staying true to who you are.
How long should I plan to work with you?
Some clients work with me for a few months of executive coaching to navigate a specific leadership transition. Others keep me as an ongoing leadership coaching partner because the combination of clarity, accountability, and measurable growth continues to deliver value. We start with your goals and design a timeline that fits your needs. I recommend beginning coaching engagements with a minimum of three months (six sessions every other week) to ensure we create sustainable impact.
Marketing consulting and business strategy projects can be as short as a multi-day workshop or extend into several months of collaboration, depending on the complexity of your goals and the depth of transformation you want to achieve.
What kind of consulting work do you do?
I help companies transform their marketing so every initiative is strategic, measurable, and built to deliver sustainable growth. My diverse experience across global brands and fast-moving organizations has proven my skills in loyalty program strategy and design, customer strategy including planning, segmentation, and growth planning, and customer experience design through journey mapping and service design. I also lead marketing planning for annual and seasonal go-to-market campaigns, backed by deep expertise in customer analytics, lifecycle marketing, CRM optimization, and growth marketing. Whether the goal is to improve retention, increase customer lifetime value, or strengthen brand connection, I build strategies that work harder and smarter without losing the human in the process.
Do you only work with large brands?
No. While I’ve led strategies for some of the biggest names in retail, financial services, and consumer goods, I also work with non-profits and smaller, growth-focused companies that are ready to sharpen their marketing and customer strategies.
How do I know if I need consulting or coaching?
Don’t worry. You don’t need to decide. That’s' my job. Part of humen-centered strategy is that I will get to know what challenges are holding you back. I will propose a solution that may include coaching and consulting. If you need a clear strategy, roadmap, and execution plan, start with consulting. If you want to develop as a leader, improve how you make decisions, and reset your leadership presence, start with coaching. Many clients do both.
How do you measure success in consulting projects?
We set clear objectives before we start to ensure alignment. Clients have a good idea what they are trying to solve. I help them clarify and refine the objective, whether that’s increased customer retention, stronger campaign performance, or improved operational efficiency. We do this through an initial discovery session which we conduct prior to formalizing the Statement of Work.
What’s the first step to working with you?
We start with a conversation. I’ll ask about your goals, challenges, and what success looks like for you. If we’re aligned, I’ll propose a coaching plan, consulting project, or a hybrid of both. The goal is to get you moving forward with clarity and confidence. We also operate in phases because we believe in accelerating your growth. Drafting the perfect consulting agreement can sometimes slow down progress. We start where you are and evolve as needed.
