About the Founder
I have lived sustainable growth systems in business—and in life.
For 25 years, I’ve led growth marketing for some of the world’s most recognized brands including Nike, Best Buy, Target, Starbucks, Chase, and Lands’ End. I’ve launched and led a gym as a certified personal trainer, certified nutrition coach, and certified life coach.
But here’s what the résumé doesn’t tell you:
I’ve put the human at the heart of brand strategies, built loyalty programs from the ground up, crafted integrated marketing strategies, uncovered deep customer insights, and guided teams through the kind of change that either breaks you or makes you better.
My path hasn’t been conventional, and that’s what gives me perspective. Strength, to me, has always been more than physical; it’s about resilience, clarity, and the courage to chart your own course. I’ve helped people find their power in the weight room and in the boardroom, and I’ve learned that real transformation comes through consistent, intentional work.
I’ve camped in the Oregon rain, cheered from the sidelines at soccer practice, and taken leadership calls from a campsite. Fitness taught me discipline. Coaching taught me empathy. Business taught me how to lead through complexity without losing my center.
I know what it’s like to carry the pressure of results while trying to protect the life you’re building outside the office. I’ve seen leaders lose themselves to the grind. Heck, I’ve been there too. That’s why I started WITH/in: to help companies and leaders return to their center, make growth sustainable, and make the work worth doing.
Today, I consult with leaders to design systematic strategies that don’t just look good on paper, but actually work—because they are built with the people who have to act on the concepts. My work helps leaders and teams reclaim clarity, reset energy, and lead in ways that feel authentic.
